The board of directors of AuSom Enterprise Limited has recommended final dividend of Re. 1/- (i.e. 10.00%) per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2022 subject to approval of shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting and will be paid immediately thereafter i.e within statutory time limit.
