Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd has recommended Final Dividend @ 40% on Equity Share Capital i.e. Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company has already paid Interim Dividend @ 30% Equity Share Capital i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each in November, 2021.
