SM Auto Stamping Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of SM Auto Stamping Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. 25th May, 2022 have declared payment of Interim Dividend at Rs. 1.25/- (12.5%) per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23.

The Board of Directors has approved Friday, 03rd June, 2022 as Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders to the aforesaid interim dividend.
