BHEL board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of directors of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of 20% i.e., Rs. 0.40 per share on the paid up share capital of the Company for FY 2021-22.

The Final Dividend, if declared by the company in the Annual General Meeting shall be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 53.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3383069 in over 7448 trades.
