Pudumjee Paper Products Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Pudumjee Paper Products Limited has recommended a Dividend of Re. 0.50 per equity share (including Special Dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share) of Re. 1/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 8th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Dividend shall be paid/dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company within 30 days of its approval. The Date of ensuing 8th Annual General Meeting of the Company and Book Closure/Record Date for the purpose of payment of Dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2022 will be announced separately.
