Prataap Snacks Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Prataap Snacks Limited in its Meeting held on 20th May, 2022, have considered and recommended dividend of INR 0.50 per share (i.e. 10%) on equity shares of face value of INR 5 each of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Upon approval of members, the dividend, will be paid within 30 days of approval/declaration.
