Zydus Lifesciences Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Zydus Lifesciences Ltd at their meeting held today have recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.50/- (@ 250%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 10, 2022.

The Record Date has been fixed as Friday, July 29, 2022 to determine the list of shareholders entitled to receive the Final Dividend for the financial year 2021-22, recommended by the Board of Directors subject to the approval of the same by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Company shall make the payment of dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, on or after August 16, 2022 subject to the approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 10, 2022.

Shares of Zydus Lifesciences Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 338.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 347.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25472 in over 1273 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 343.05 and intraday low of 334.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8633903.00.
