Route Mobile Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of directors of Route Mobile Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (20%) for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the shareholders' approval at the ensuing 18th Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the said dividend, if approved, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid (subject to deduction of tax at source) within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

The total dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, aggregates to Rs. 5/- (Rupees five only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten) each, including the interim dividend of Rs. 3 (Rupees three only) per equity share as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 27, 2022, which was paid thereafter.

Shares of ROUTE MOBILE LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1298.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1511.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 155504 in over 16741 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1540.00 and intraday low of 1222.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 209377259.00.
