Dr. Lal Path Labs Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Dr. Lal Path Labs Limited in their meeting held today i.e. May 17, 2022 approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs.6/- per equity share (@ 60% on a face value of Rs. 10/- per share) for the year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be dispatched / credited within 30 days of the AGM.
