H P Cotton Textile Mills recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of H.P. Cotton Textile Mills Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, May 09, 2022 has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1/- (i.e. 10%) per equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting("AGM").
