Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd at their meeting held on Friday, May 06, 2022 has recommended Final Dividend of 400% (i.e. Rs. 4/- per share, on Equity Shares of the Face Value of Re. 1/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31 , 2022. Information regarding book closure and date of payment of final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company will be made separately.
