Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of Directors of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd at their meeting held on May 05, 2022, have approved the recommendation of final dividend of Re. 0.70/- per equity share (35% per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2022 out of the profits of the Company. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of annual general meeting (i.e. on or before August 27, 2022), upon approval by the shareholders at the 44th AGM.
