Le Lavoir Limited approves rights issue to raise up to Rs. 10 crores

The Board of Directors of Le Lavoir Limited in their Board Meeting held on Tuesday i.e. 3rd May, 2022 which commenced at 3:00 PM and concluded at 8:00 PM, at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Digvijay Plot, Street No. 51, Opposite Makhicha Nivas, Jamnagar - 361 005, Gujarat, have considered and approved issue of Equity Shares of the Company on Rights basis aggregating to up to 10 crores.
