Baid Leasing and Finance Company Ltd announces 1:1 bonus issue

The board of directors of Baid Leasing and Finance Company Ltd has approved for issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio 1:1 i.e. 1 (One)equity share of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two Only) each for every 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each subject to the approval of the members.
