Cigniti Technologies recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Cigniti Technologies Limited at their meeting held on 4th May, 2022 has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
