KEC International Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of KEC International Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, May 03, 2022, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four Only) per equity share i.e. 200% of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, for declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Dividend shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of its declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
