Britannia Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 56.50

The Board of Directors of Britannia Industries Ltd at their meeting held today, 2nd May, 2022, have recommended the final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 @ 5650% i.e., Rs. 56.50 (Rupees Fifty Six and Fifty Paise Only) per equity share of Re. 1 /- each to be declared at the 103rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Britannia Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3272.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3283.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13083 in over 2248 trades.
