Sonata Software recommends final dividend of Rs. 13 for FY22

The Board of Directors of Sonata Software Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 29th April, 2022, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 13/- per Equity share (1300 % on par value Re. 1/-) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 and the Final Dividend is payable subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The dividend, subject to the approval of shareholders, will be dispatched / credited within 30 days from the date of ensuing AGM.

Shares of Sonata Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 754.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 749.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4433 in over 494 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 769.90 and intraday low of 740.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3366633.00.
