Coromandel International recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Coromandel International Limited at their meeting held today, i.e., April 28, 2022 has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Face Value Re. 1/- each (600%) for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 60th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, scheduled to be held on July 27, 2022.

The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid on or after August 12, 2022, but within 30 days from the declaration of dividend at Annual General Meeting, as provided in the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of Coromandel International Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 847.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 846.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15963 in over 1261 trades.
