Bajaj Auto Board recommends dividend of 200%

Bajaj Auto Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 20 per share (200%) subject to approval of shareholders.
