Fermenta Biotech extends validity period of binding term sheet for real estate development

Fermenta Biotech Limited had earlier announced the signing of Binding Term Sheet for Real Estate development of the Company. The Validity Period of the Binding Term Sheet between Fermenta Biotech Limited and Mextech Property Developers LLP dated January 31, 2022 has been mutually extended from 75 days to 135 days.

Accordingly, within 135 days of the execution of the Binding Term Sheet, the parties would sign the Definitive Agreement in terms of the Binding Term Sheet.

Shares of Fermenta Biotech Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 224.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 224.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14295 in over 331 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 233.00 and intraday low of 224.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3253674.00.
