Sindhu Trade Links Limited Board approves 2:1 Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Sindhu Trade Links Limited at its meeting held on April 08, 2022, has considered and approved the issue of Bonus Equity Shares to the existing shareholders in the ratio of 2:1, i.e. 2 Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each for every 1 existing Paid Up Equity Share, held by the shareholders on a record date, subject to statutory and other required approvals.

The boad also approved the increase in the Authorised Share Capital from Rs. 52,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Two Crores Only) to Rs. 156,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Six Crores Only) and consequent amendment in the Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company. The said resolution is subject to approval by the shareholders of the Company.
