Vikram Thermo India Ltd board approves 4:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Vikram Thermo India Ltd at its meeting held today on Friday, 01st April, 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company approved the increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company to Rs.32,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Crore Only) divided into 32000000 (Three Crore Twenty Lakhs) Equity Shares of Rs.10 each.

The board approved alteration of in Clause V of Memorandum of Association of the Company and approved the issue of Bonus shares to the Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 4 (Four) Bonus Shares for every 1 (One) equity shares held by the shareholder in the company, subject to necessary approvals from various Authorities and shareholders.

Shares of VIKRAM THERMO (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 195.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 193.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11326 in over 185 trades.
