IDBI Bank to sell its stake in NSDL

The Board of Directors of IDBI Bank Ltd., at its meeting held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, granted in-principle approval for divestment of Bank's stake upto 11.10% of paid up share capital of National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) through market driven process.

Shares of IDBI Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 42.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 44.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 637967 in over 1946 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 44.65 and intraday low of 41.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27733367.00.
