Lippi Systems Ltd announces resignation of Director

Mr. Minesh Chandrakant Shah (DIN - 00045178), Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel of Lippi Systems Ltd vide his Resignation Letter dated 19th March, 2022 addressed to the Managing Director of the Company has tendered his Resignation from the position of Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from closing business hours of Thursday, 31st March, 2022, due to personal reasons.

He has confirmed that there is no other material reason for the said Resignation. Further, Mr. Minesh Chandrakant Shah was not holding Directorship in any other listed entity other than the Company. The Board will complete necessary formalities in regards of his resignation in due course of time.

Shares of LIPPI SYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 17.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 331 in over 11 trades.
