Infosys Ltd to announce Q4, FY22 results and Dividend on April 13, 2022

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Infosys Ltd (INFY) is scheduled to be held on April 12 and April 13, 2022 to consider and approved financial statements for the period ended March 2022 and recommend a final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2022.

The Company will close the trading window for the earnings release of the quarter and year ending March 31, 2022. Accordingly, the trading window will be closed from March 16, 2022 and will re-open on April 18, 2022.
