Mahindra & Mahindra updates on subsidiary

Mahindra Susten Bangladesh Private Limited ("MSBPL"), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Susten Private Limited ("MSPL") which in-turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Holdings Limited ("MHL") and which in-turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had convened the final extra ordinary general meeting of its shareholders on 15th March, 2022 and approved the final voluntary winding up of MSBPL. Hence, MSBPL has been liquidated and has ceased to be in existence with effect from 15th March, 2022.

Pursuant to the above, MSBPL has ceased to be a Subsidiary of MSPL, MHL and that of the Company with effect from 15th March, 2022.

Mahindra Susten Bangladesh Private Limited ("MSBPL") had Nil turnover of the Company as on 31st March, 2021. The Net Worth of MSBPL, as on 31st March, 2021 was Taka 930,029 (INR 7,99,825) constituting 0.0002% of the consolidated net worth of the Company.

Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 743.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 735.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 93978 in over 4956 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 746.20 and intraday low of 725.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 69127384.00.
