Spandana Sphoorty Financial to issue NCDs of Rs. 35 crores

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at their meeting held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 has, pursuant to the authority entrusted by the Board of Directors and within the limits as approved by the Members of the Company vide Special Resolution passed at the 18th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2021 on Private Placement basis, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 42 and 71 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021, approved the issuance of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakh only) each, aggregating upto Rs. 35,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Crore Only) on private placement basis.

Shares of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 351.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 348.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 65367 in over 1987 trades.
