PNB Housing Finance to raise Rs. 2500 crores through Rights Issue

The Board of Directors of PNB Housing Finance Ltd at its meeting held on March 09, 2022, have approved the proposal for fund raising upto an amount not exceeding INR 2,500 crores subject to receipt of regulatory approvals, as may be required, by way of issue of equity shares on rights issue basis to the eligible equity shareholders of the company as on the record date, to be announced later.

The detailed terms in relation to the rights issue, including the issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, timing and terms of payment will be determined in due course.

Shares of PNB Housing Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 420.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 417.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31306 in over 1318 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 429.00 and intraday low of 417.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13224926.00.
