Nirmitee Robotics India Ltd Board to consider Bonus Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nirmitee Robotics India Ltd will be held on March 12, 2022, to discuss and approve the increase in the authorized share capital of the Company and Bonus issue of equity shares.

The board will also consider taking of unsecured loan from directors with an option of conversion into equity shares.
