Mr. Narendra Kumar Poddar (DIN: 07115618) vide letter dated March 7, 2022, has tendered his resignation as Independent Director from the Board of Directors of Kisan Mouldings Ltd with effect from the closing of business hours on March 7, 2022 due to his personal reasons and pre-occupation. Consequently, his position of Membership in Audit Committee of the Company also cease to exist with aforesaid date.
