Arshiya Limited fixes March 4, 2022 as record date for demerger

The Board of Directors of Arshiya Limited at their meeting held today i.e on 21st February, 2022 has fixed Friday, 04th March, 2022 (close of the business hours) as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of Arshiya Limited to whom the fully paid-up equity shares of ARIL is proposed to be issue and allot for every 2 (two) fully paid up equity shares of the Demerged Company, 1 (one) fully paid up equity share of Rs. 2 each of the Resulting Company.

Further pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement, the accounts of ARIL shall not be consolidated with Arshiya and shall proceed further necessary actions for mirror listing on both the Stock Exchanges i.e. National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

Shares of Arshiya Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 36.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 65984 in over 537 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.50 and intraday low of 35.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2429405.00.
