Mangalam Organics subsidiary changes name

Mangalam Organics Limited has announced that the name of the Wholly owned Subsidiary ("WOS") of the Company has been changed from, "Campure Private Limited" to "Mangalam Brands Private Limited" and approved by the Registrar of Companies with effective from February 18, 2022.

The WOS of the Company will continue to carry on its business according to its Main object. The WOS has changed its Name clause in its Memorandum of Association, as the name change will give a direct recognition as the WOS of the Company.

Shares of Mangalam Organics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 870.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 880.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3057 in over 629 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 884.85 and intraday low of 856.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2663840.00.
