Essenn LPG Bottling Pvt Ltd (promoter group) has acquired 1,65,501 equity shares comprising 0.0583% of the paid up share capital of Confidence Petroleum India Ltd through open market purchase during the period February 14, 2022 to February 16, 2022.

After the said acquisition, the total shareholding of Essenn LPG Bottling Pvt Ltd has increased from 1,78,18,463 equity shares (6.27%) to 1,79,83,964 equity shares (6.33%).

Shares of Confidence Petroleum India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 72.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 70.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 235265 in over 1644 trades.
