Hindustan Adhesives Ltd invests in Bagla Tecvision Pvt Ltd

Hindustan Adhesives Ltd has made an investment of Rs. 9,73,800 (Nine Lacs Seventy three thousand and Eight Hundred Only) by acquiring shares of 97,380 (Ninety Seven Thousand and Three Hundred Eighty) i.e. 6.40% in the Right Issue of Bagla Tecvision Private limited. Earlier the company has made an investment of Rs. 15,02,400 (Fifteen Lacs Two Thousand and Four Hundred Rupees Only) by acquiring shares of 1,50,240 (One Lac Fifty Thousand and Two Hundred forty) i.e. 19.76% in the Right Issue of Bagla Tecvision Private limited as on 18.12.2021.

Total investment made by the Company in Bagla Tecvision private limited is Rs. 24,76,200(taking into consideration with earlier investments) by acquiring 2,47,620 equity shares constituting 16.28% of total paid up share capital.

Shares of HINDUSTAN ADHESIVES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 399.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 393.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2181 in over 110 trades.
