Royal Orchid Hotels acquires 50% stake in Cosmos Premises Pvt Ltd

Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL) has acquired the remaining 50% stake in Cosmos Premises Private Limited (CPPL) from Vascon Engineers Limited, R Vasudevan (HUF) and Conamore Resorts Private Limited. Thus, CPPL has now become a 100% subsidiary of ROHL.

Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has sold 100% stake in River Shore Developers Private Limited (RSDPL), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, to Vascon Engineers Limited and R Vasudevan (HUF). Hence, RSDPL ceases to be a subsidiary of ROHL.

Shares of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 98.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 94.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7732 in over 389 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 101.00 and intraday low of 94.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 765708.00.
