Ambuja Cements Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 6.30

The Board of Directors of Ambuja Cements Ltd has recommended a final dividend on Equity Shares at the rate of Rs. 6.30 per share subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend if approved by the shareholders, shall be paid after 29th April 2022.
