Karur Vysya Bank opens 5 new Branches today

Karur Vysya Bank announced the inauguration of its 5 new branches in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Tamil Nadu today. These new branches will offer a comprehensive range of banking services like accounts, deposits and loans including savings and current accounts etc., With this, the branch network of the Bank has increased to 786.

The branches inaugurated today are:

- Avanigadda, Krishna Dist., Andhra Pradesh
- Tagarapuvalasa, Visakhapatnam Dist., Andhra Pradesh
- Rayakottai, Krishnagiri Dist., Tamil Nadu
- Tiruvottiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Shadnagar, Ranga Reddy Dist., Telangana

Commenting on the inauguration of new branches, Mr. B. Ramesh Babu, MD & CEO of Karur Vysya Bank said, "We are happy to inaugurate our new branches today. Customers can also open their Savings account in three easy steps through the KVB DLite Mobile App. Customers can also complete their Know Your Customer formalities through v-KYC without having to visit the branch. All financial and nonfinancial transactions can be carried out through the app.

Shares of Karur Vysya Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 51.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 54.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 645812 in over 4502 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 53.15 and intraday low of 51.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 33838831.00.
