The Sandesh Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of The Sandesh Ltd have declared an interim dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs. 5/- per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 and that the same shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares held in electronic form and in the Register of Members of the Company as on Friday, February 25, 2022 (close of business hours), which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

The Interim dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on Friday, March 4, 2022.

Shares of The Sandesh Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 746.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 740.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 893 in over 65 trades.
