MRF reappoints Mr. Rahul Mammen Mappillai as MD

The Board of Directors of MRF Limited at its meeting held today approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rahul Mammen Mappillai as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 04.05.2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Shares of MRF Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 70405.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69548.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 440 in over 356 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 70500.00 and intraday low of 69530.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30856192.00.
