Shyam Metalics and Energy declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Shyam Metalics And Energy Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on February 09, 2021, has recommended an Interim dividend of Rs.2.25/- per Equity Share, being 22.50% of the Face Value of Rs. 10.00 /- each, to the shareholders of the Company. The Record date for the Interim Dividend is February 18, 2022 as fixed by the Board.
