Gorani Industries Limited approves preferential issue of 6.50 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Gorani Industries Limited held on 07th February, 2022 has considered and approved the proposal to create, offer and issue by way of preferential issue upto an aggregate of 6,50,000 (Six Lacs and Fifty Thousand) warrants convertible into equity shares through preferential allotment, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
