Alkem Laboratories Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of Directors of Alkem Laboratories Ltd, at its meeting held today, i.e. 04th February, 2022, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 30/- (Rupees Thirty only) per equity share on the face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the financial year 2021-22.

The date of payment of Interim Dividend shall be on and from 24th February, 2022. The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 would be Saturday, 12th February, 2022.
