GMM Pfaudler declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 1 for FY22

The Board of Directors of GMM Pfaudler Limited ('the Company') at their meeting held today i.e. February 3, 2022 which commenced at 01:45 p.m. and concluded at 04:25 p.m., have approved payment of 3rd Interim dividend of Rs. 1/- per share on 1,46,17,500 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,46,17,500 for the financial year 2021-22.

Shares of GMM Pfaudler Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5049.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5156.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1230 in over 409 trades.
