BLS International Services Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of BLS International Services Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, February 02, 2022, has, considered, approved and declared interim dividend at the rate of 100% on face value i.e. Rs 1 /- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each on 10,24,50,000 equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2021-22 and has fixed Monday, February 14, 2022 as Record Date for first Interim Dividend 2021-22.
