AIRAN Ltd to venture into Cash Management Services business

The Board of Directors of AIRAN LIMITED have given an in-principal approval to venture in to Cash in transit Agency, Cash Replenishment Agency, Cash Management Services Agency after evaluating the relevant presentation given by the Executive Director Mr. Abhishek Agrawal to the board of directors.

Subject to fulfilling the respective criteria of the respective regulatory agencies like Reserve Bank of India and Ministry of Home Affairs, for which Board of Directors has authorised our Executive Director Mr. Abhishek Agrawal and CFO Mr. Krunal Jethva to do studies and all requisite formalities.
