Marico Ltd declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 6.25

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Marico Ltd has at its meeting held today i.e. on January 28, 2022, has declared Second Interim Equity Dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 of Rs. 6.25/- per equity share of Re. 1 each.

The record date for reckoning the list of shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the said interim dividend shall be Monday, February 7, 2022. The second interim dividend will be paid to such shareholders on or before Friday, February 25, 2022.

Shares of Marico Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 471.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 462.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34701 in over 1410 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 475.60 and intraday low of 462.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16351759.00.
