G K P Printing & Packaging gets nod for migration to mainboard of BSE

Pursuant to the approval, the Equity Shares of G.K.P. Printing & Packaging Limited will now be migrated & admitted to dealings on the mainboard of Bombay Stock Exchange w.e.f January 11, 2022 from SME Platform.

In view of the above the trading in the Equity Shares of the Company on SME Platform will be suspended with effect from January 11, 2022.

Shares of G. K. P. Printing & Packaging Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 144.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28000 in over 6 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 144.90 and intraday low of 139.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3996200.00.
