Century Plyboards India Ltd invests additional Rs. 28 crore in Century Panels Ltd

Century Plyboards India Ltd has made further investments to the extent of Rs. 28,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Crore) in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company, Century Panels Limited (CPL), incorporated on 19th February, 2020, by way of subscription to 2,80,00,000 (Two Crore and Eighty Lakh) fully paid up equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each through Rights issue.

CPL is into manufacturing and / or trading of Particle Board, MDF, Laminate and other related products.
