Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited board approves NCD issue for Rs. 200 crores

The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited at its meeting held today has approved the issuance of Listed Rated Unsecured Redeemable Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 200 Crores (Rupees Two hundred Crores only) on private placement basis.

Shares of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 374.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 376.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9875 in over 747 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 377.70 and intraday low of 373.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3699630.00.
